I recently had the pleasure of enjoying brunch at Carson’s, and I have to say, it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set the tone for a great experience. The highlight for me was the Bloody Mary—absolutely amazing! It was perfectly seasoned and had the right balance of spice and flavor. For food, the Fried Chicken Breakfast was a standout. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired so well with the perfectly cooked breakfast sausage. The Chicken and Waffles were equally impressive, with the waffle being fluffy and the chicken just the right amount of savory. But the real star of the show? The Deep-Fried Cinnamon & Sugar Buttermilk Biscuits. They were out of this world—light, sweet, and packed with flavor. A perfect indulgence to end the meal on a high note.
