This is what $6.04 plus tax will het you for the red beans at Zeas. There is maybe 2 tablespoons in this container. I called the manager and she said that was the correct amount in the container.
Was at this restaurant a few weeks ago after the hurricane. My company needed an Itemized receipt, I lost my receipt , but was able to call two weeks later and one of the workers Renée was able to assist me. They have a great atmosphere. The food was phenomenal. I highly recommend you trying this restaurant and if you see Renee, make sure to tip her well. The restaurant staff definitely went above and beyond.
Our food was fantastic! These Thai ribs never disappoint. They were fresh and tender. We loved our dishes. The bread pudding was fantastic as well!

The food was amazing and we really enjoyed our time but more important than all that was our waitress Christy was patient, attentive, and caring. We felt so comfortable laughing and joking with her. She even came AFTER we paid and asked us if she can refill our drink which 90% of the time once someone is paid they just don’t care to be nice anymore. Genuine, kind, and fun service is what stood out for us.
Went here for the first time but it was during a busy weekend however only half the restaurant was filled so take that as you will. Would avoid this location due to lack of easy parking, slow/poor service. Food was okay although slightly cold. For example, the egg was asked to be medium over but came out scrambled in biscuits and gravy plus it was cold. I asked for ketchup 3x to 3 different people and in the end I didn’t get it. I did get my hot sauce after asking 2x. No one came to refill water but they did come to check out the larger table next to us a lot after one of the people there became angry and complained to the kitchen.
Staff was great! Food was ok. I ordered the catfish and grits. I really enjoyed the cream sauce on top. My cat fish was burned. The salt shaker was full of rust and the salt inside was wet and didn't pour out. The women's restroom had a hook on the back of the door. The women's restroom also had a changing table. The doors had wooden slats. The toilet paper was out in one stall and the soap was out. I ordered coffee with cream and ice water. The coffee was slightly bitter. I loved the little container of cream that was brought with my coffee. We had the starter order of beignets. good flavor. The oil was clean tasting. The beignets needed more powdered sugar though . I didn't eat my biscuit bc I didn't have room in my belly. I was told it was a good biscuit. I was also told the butter for the biscuit was very sweet. "Buttercream frosting" flavor I was told.

New Orleans Food & Spirits was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed EVERYTHING we ate! The Voodoo rolls are an appetizer that you MUST try. Simply delicious. All of the food was served hot and fresh. Loaded with flavor and so very well seasoned. I'm going back to get more of the items because of the yummy experience. I strongly suggest this restaurant if you enjoy lots of flavor.
it was a very busy day this day it was very packed with families. our food was delicious & our server was on his A game . i can’t remember his name but he was a mid 30s early 40s. very polite moved quickly . when the crowd came he brought our table another drink in case he got busy . that happen quick because he had new tables . loved it

We stopped here on the way from the airport when we first got in to NOLA; LPK accommodated us with ease even though we had several suitcases. My favorite dishes were the fried fish, boudin, and carrot souffle. They have hot sauce available, for those of us who want more heat to our food. (It really elevated the mac n'cheese and fried fish, IMO) Some of the foods on the buffet were lukewarm instead of hot, but we arrived around 1:30, so it was a little late for lunch anyway. Regardless, the restaurant was still busy at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon when we left. Lots of people in medical scrubs, so you know it's frequented by the locals. Great service and food. (Very cute Halloween decor, too.) Such a perfect first introduction to the city and Cajun/Creole cuisine.
There is a lot of parking around the restaurant. We were greeted by a friendly hostess. You can sit at any empty table. Our waitress promptly filled our drinks. She was very friendly. Each day of the week they have different options on the buffet. The buffet area was kept clean and the food was hot. I had to let it cool a tad before enjoying it. The baked fish was so delicious. The bread pudding with the hot caramel sauce made the perfect dessert! Great place to have lunch. Around $15. This includes drink and tax!!
Wonderful and dark lit with all comfort food. Clean environment, very friendly staff. Good Price for a solid meal. If Cracker Barrel and Golden Corral had a baby... it would be this place. We will definitely be returning as the lighting and staff and atmosphere is perfect for an Individual w Autism!

Excellent food and service. They were great to accommodate allergies. Be aware that they cook in soy oil. That said, my main dish ended up a bit dry and flavorless. But the rest of the food we ordered was amazing. Parking is very tight. I barely managed to squeeze out of the car in the "disabled" parking, which was the only space available. Don't plan on bringing a side-load van (we keep my aides in the trunk).
No doubt one of my favorite experiences this year! Oysters were phenomenal... As my son said, tasted like the ocean (clean, fresh, salty). Shrimp& eggplant stack, "all surf no turf", and the happy vegan dishes were all excellent. The I-scream fireball dessert was refreshingly decadent. For me personally, I loved the vegan entree; it was extremely flavorful flavorful and texture rich, I felt like I wasn't limiting my Drago experience by eating vegan. If we could only get Dragos on the I-20 corridor! Our waitress, Stacy, and all of our wait staff were family friendly and accommodating.
Hands down the biggest and freshest oysters I’ve ever eaten. The price point cannot be beat for the quality and quantity of these raw oysters. The charbroiled oysters were also divine, and the blackened gator tacos were delectable. Our server was polite and efficient, and we would have gone here every night if we discovered it sooner. My only concern was that there was a policeman posted outside the shop - though it must be for a good reason!

food was great, and the service was amazing! struck gold with this spot to celebrate my wifey’s birthday! the live pianist was a lovely touch! overall great atmosphere, and vibe!
Food was a bit too over priced for them to not have a chef and team that doesn't know what a medium steak is. The steaks were well done with NO PINK. No one wanted to complain and cause a birthday celebration to be ruined. The sodas taste like sweet water, totally flat. The food is a tad bit overrated and was not as flavorful as I thought. The waiter was not as attentive nor welcoming. This was my first and last time visiting this establishment.
The steak was great. It would have been 5 stars if ny side and both of companions sides were not cold. If you go ask for Joe, his service was great. Lastly the tables were a little small for being four toppers. The place was great to eat at though, the artwork they have up there was fantastic.

Great service! Great pork chop. But the Veal scallopini piccata was much more bland. Back to the service. As usual we dined at the bar for the morning attentive service and we're not let down at all. But the food was easily repaired. Overall we really look forward to coming back. Thank you Jared
The lasagna was delicious. First lasagna that came close to my Italian mom's lasagna! My next visit I ordered the veal Parmesan and the eggplant appetizer. Both were delicious Also the Italian chopped salad and artichoke soup were good.
Very underrated spot in Metairie. The new shrimp and cauliflower piccata orzo is fantastic and all of their pizzas are good. We tried the brussel sprouts this time too and those are also yummy. We had a very kind, attentive server. Perfect dinner date or happy hour spot!
