Best Restaurants Open for Thanksgiving Dinner this year in Paducah – 2024

It seemed to be a busy night for T.R. so the wait to be seated took nearly 2 hrs. We did enjoy our meal even though my companions potatoes weren't cooked all the way. So I consider this a borderline/learning visit for us. To be fair they did offer to give us more potatoes or another side.

Really loved this place. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, everyone was upbeat. The food was awesome such great steaks and drinks. Highly recommend the deep fried pickles and the green beans. The fries were amazing also. You will not leave hungry, very worth the visit.

Generally I am a big fan of Texas Roadhouse. However today I called about placing several orders for our business, to be picked up on Friday. Everyone was excited about the 11 to 3 lunch specials. I was informed that we could not order those specials for carry out. Big disappointment for our staff…

We had an excellent experience at this establishment. Mattie, our server was great and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions. I started off with the gator appetizer and the pickle fries. Then, for the main dish, I had the mahi mahi with brown rice and also the red beans and rice. The food was delicious. I completed the meal with keylime pie with the kiwi sauce for dessert, which was really tasty. We will be returning for sure, and I totally recommend a visit if you are in town! If I could give Moe than 5 stars, I would.

After reading the reviews for Stricklands we decided to give it a try. We had been craving seafood but it’s hard to get good seafood in the middle of the country. We were completely satisfied with our dining experience. We ordered the Gator Tail Bites for an appetizer. It was very good. Someone else had the Kobia special and it was also very good. My wife had the Harris Platter which had fried catfish, mini crab cakes, clam strips, two coconut shrimp with a side of red beans and rice - very good. I had the Ribeye Steak special with fried shrimp. Very good. The spices used in the steak were perfect. And it was about a 20 oz steak. Very good dining experience.

This place was amazing. Had the Backyard BBQ burger with fries and sweet potato pie dessert. Yum! Yum! The staff wasalso amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely great people. Definitely would visit again and highly recommend

If you are looking for a nice relaxing place to enjoy a wonderful meal in Paducah, this is the place. The food is amazing and the staff are quick with some southern hospitality.

Hands down one of the best establishments I have been to in a very long time. Aside from the amazing food, Mark the manager and Chris (I think was her name) made this trip one to remember. Never have my 2 German Shepherds been invited into a restaurant to dine with the family. We were traveling on vacation through the area and called ahead. We will 100% make stopping here on our next trip a priority. The service and compassion shown to our family were way above and beyond what we ever expected. What a fantastic business with a great team!!!

Drive through so no atmosphere. Here's the deal with any fast food joint. It's a dice roll on what you're getting. To me that boils down to the leadership at that location. I had a good experience at this location, so great job team!

The people were very kind and patient with us while we ordered. We had been driving all day and were exhausted and struggle to order. But, they remained very friendly and understanding. The chicken was good. Pretty fresh but not . Still, we enjoyed it. Very fast service! Thank you for your kindness.

Paid nearly $29 for food, waited only to be told sorry we don’t have the food you ordered but we can give you the food for your husband. UGH! Why wouldn’t you know that before I ordered? We’re traveling and this took 20 mins of our travel time without have food. We canceled to the order but because we were given cup we had to be charged for the drinks, guess it’s fair since we filled the cups thinking we would be served food!

Reasonably-priced breakfast. Service was outstanding, kept our drinks filled and checked on us often. Everyone worked very well together. We will definitely go back when in the area.

I stopped in by myself on Saturday two weeks ago. Got seated next to a large table of people. I ordered coffee and water and waited and waited. Finally finished one cup of coffee taking my time. When done I went to the counter to pay for my coffee. I never got a chance to order anything. And the server said well I was just going to get your order. I reply I finished my coffee and no one asked for my order or offered more coffee or said anything. So I figured you were too busy to serve me. I went elsewhere.

Soooo good. Very fast service and the food comes out fast and perfect. My boys and I love eating here. We have had the same server back to back. Whoever she is, she is really good at her job!! Thanks for taking care of us!

The food was AMAZING Delicious seafood for a competitive price!! I would recommend this place for sure! Only downside was when I first walked in, it had a bit of an unpleasant smell. But I guess that's to be expected at a place that serves seafood. Either way, I'd eat there again and again! It was great! I'd recommend the alligator bites and the crab boil. The corn and potatoes are amazing too!!

Delicious! I had the California Chicken Salad, the Chess Pie and the House of Grace Iced Tea. I was in town for Quilt Week and wanted to try some local fare. It was definitely worth it. The chicken itself was some of the best tasting chicken I've had in a long time. I don't know what the secret ingredient is in the iced tea, but it was very refreshing and different. I'd never had Chess Pie before. It's very sweet but I would get it again.

This is a fantastic place to eat lunch..The food is made fresh as you order..The salad bar and hot bar is yummy! The owner and servers are just top notch! It’s kept so nice and clean..Great atmosphere!! Can’t say enough, except highly recommend trying it!!

They are currently remodeling, but that didn't slow down their excellent service, friendly staff, and fun atmosphere! The food was absolutely delicious! We of course had to get the bread pudding waffles, which we had gotten to try at a wedding expo previously, C&W Benny (chicken and waffles meal), Golden Bullet (scotch egg), and The Dalton (full breakfast platter). Everything was served with a smile and to perfection! We will definitely go back, and recommend everyone to give them a try, they have something for everyone!

A great breakfast / brunch spot when you are downtown Paducah. I enjoyed the Billy the kid & my little one loved the kiddo waffles. Food was good, service was very friendly. It is a small space inside where you feel very close to neighboring tables.

The breakfast was just OK. But the restaurant had a really bad smell, especially in the back room on the way to the bathrooms. The smell made the dining experience much less enjoyable.

We had dinner here while visiting Paducah and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was great and the interior was a nice combination of rustic and contemporary. Many original building elements remain. Our server was attentive and service was quick despite it being at capacity during our visit. Our waiter was also very informative when my wife asked about several craft cocktails and was happy to offer a few recommendations. The craft cocktail menu is extensive and offers both classic and unique options. We started with the PB & J meatballs, and they were great. I would have never thought to combine peanuts with meatballs, but it worked really well. My wife had the pork tenderloin and it was exceptional. It was cooked perfectly and had a really nice flavor which was complex without being too busy. Even her Lima beans, which I normally don't enjoy, were really good. I had the braised pork shoulder and that was also packed with flavor. It came with bacon fat cornbread, black eyed peas, and greens, and every element worked together perfectly. I would definitely recommend reservations as it was very busy and I'm not sure you would get a table without one. Overall, a great experience. If we're ever back in the area we'd definitely eat here again.

Our first time coming here. Actually, we didn’t know it was a restaurant. But, it is. & one hell of one. We came for our Anniversary. Figured something fancy. But it's not too fancy. The place left me speechless. The food? Perfect & delicious. The service? Friendly & helpful. The food was so great. I opted to buy a round for the kitchen($50). The wife had the steak. I had the catfish. Both were to die for. Add a draft(even craft beer) or whiskey from the bar. *chefs kiss*. Idk if the menu we saw was what they have every day. If so, it's kinda small. But again, only time is there. For first-time experience. Wife & I loved it.

This place lives up to its hype. Delicious food, exceptional service, great location. •My Espresso Martini is a 10/10 •Fish Cheese 5/10 •Fried Grits 10/10 my favorite. They chose the perfect protein like the Duck that pairs so well with the texture and flavor of grits. •Bacon Fat Cornbread, Pork Shoulder with Sweet greens and black peas 8/10 I don’t even like cornbread but this one I could eat every day you can definitely taste the flavor of bacon fat on in. Definitely coming back.

What a great experience!!! This was our first time at Flamingo Row and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Our server was expectational.... Very pleasant, speedy, and conscience of our needs. She checked in with us often and made sure we were happy. We will absolutely be back.

First time at this establishment, definitely was worth the stop. Our server, Savannah, was probably one of the best servers we have ever had. She was not only friendly, and courteous but she stayed on top of everything for us. We never had to ask for refills or ask for her or where she was at. She was very impressive and made the visit so enjoyable. Our food was well cooked and the portions were impressive, the only issue I had with my dish was that I ordered bacon on my burger and I had asked for it to be prepared limp and it was much more crispy than I like. The atmosphere and vibe was very relaxed and comfortable, it really gave a sense of being on vacation or enjoying time away. Overall it was definitely one of the better experiences we have had since moving to Paducah and we do plan on coming back.

Everything was good. Super large portions. The decor is Caribbean funky which is fun for the area, something different. We had burgers, steak sandwich, fries and potato salad w hich was amazing.
