Cool place to talk and hang! Jalapeño poppers were Scalding hot but burnt So it was a 50/50 there. The soda tasted old if that makes sense. There was a drag show going on up stairs if you're into that kind of thing.
Ordered for lunch. I had the bacon cheeseburger with the house chips. My co worker had the boneless wings and we split an order of funnel cake fries. Everything was hot and delicious. Would recommend to everyone looking for a nice lunch that won’t make you mortgage your home. Max and his staff were top notch!! We will be ordering again!! Thank you Max and everyone at the Treehouse for taking care of us today!!

The food was awesome! We had the Crab Rangoon flat bread, Southwest Chicken salad and the Tuna Poke Bowl. Also had the Hippie Wings for an appetizer. Everything was delicious and we'd definitely go back.
Shrimp as big as my dreams, like on that episode of the good place. These shrimp are majestic. We had the shrimp cocktail to start and couldn't wait to have more!!! The food was excellent and a well needed respite for our gypsy souls.
Lunch here today. I had the crab ragoon flatbread that was outstanding. My husband had the chili 3 ways which was also good but did need a little salt. I also had the Gin with lavender cocktail that I cannot remember the name of. It was so yummy I had two!

A very nice experience. I was lucky to time it just right. Its like stepping back in time. Like a picture museum lots of interesting pictures. I would definitely recommend the food and the staff was really great.
Prices are excellent. Large portions. Fast and attentive service. Food is just OK. Catfish is mushy, fried tenderloin is huge but not much flavor, and spaghetti has a very sweet sauce. Regular fish sandwich is very good.
This place is legendary. I can remember my grandma driving all the way across town for the fish (pronounced feesh) sandwich. Glad to see that some things never change. Hadn't been back home for nearly 10 years. The tenderloin and the fish sandwich were still as amazing as ever. Don't pass up on the Bush (pronounced Boosh)!

Texas Roadhouse is probably the best reason I have been to in Terre Haute. I tried their BBQ chicken wings and Grilled Salmon, and both dishes were delicious and cooked to perfection. The Big OL Brownie dessert was equally impressive and a great way to end the meal. The interior decor of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a rustic, Texan charm that added to the overall ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I was really surprised with the crowd even at 4 pm on a weekday at TR. I highly recommend Texas Roadhouse for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.
Came into town a bit late and forgot about the timechange. Arrived 45min before closing so it started clearing out as we got food. The waiter was really great; the right amount of attentive without being pushy. The salads were fresh and yummy. Bread was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. Chili was spicier than I expected, but our waiter brought us some sour cream which made it perfect! Steaks perfectly cooked and delicious!! Glad we stopped!
Got the country fried steak with Mac and fries. Pretty good food. The steak was just a bit over chewy but still tasted good. Free rolls and cinnamon butter. Costs $20

My husband and I had a fantastic dinner at the Stables last night. The atmosphere is fantastic and a very nostalgic feel. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were so great, along with the delicious drinks. The food was amazing! Love the feel of an old school, classic steakhouse! Can’t wait to go back for more!
An excellent gem. Go if enjoy old detailed nostalgic places. This place is exquisite. The food is outstanding. Our server was a gentlemen named Jeffrey and he was very knowledgeable about the menu as well as attentive, prompt and courteous. I am so GLAD I happened upon this beautiful establishment. It takes you back to yesteryear in a magnificent way. Go! You'll be happy you did.
Wait staff was amazing. Very attentive and wonderful at explaining everything, offering recommendations, and making our experience great. The food was worth the associated price tag. Their steak was amazing, as was their prime rib. Highly recommend the onion rings as an appetizer. The over all dining experience was original. They did a phenomenal job holding to their original structural history. We will definitely be returning!

Best place in town for homemade desserts! My friends and I literally go there post dinner for just desserts Good lunch selection and variety of lunch items from Paninis to Middle Eastern entrees. The service is always great! Also love how they bring the dessert platter around to show exactly what you can get ( I eat with my eyes). Need to come back again for lunch and dinner. They remodeled since I'd last been here and it has a nice atmosphere inside. Most of the people I saw there were of the older/retired crowd.
(A little late in posting this, but better late than never.) What a treat! Took my mother and family for her birthday and was blown away by the customer service, attention to detail and depth of the menu. The menu successfully navigated two different food allergies we had to account for, and the price/value was only trumped by the incredible quality! A nice touch since the last time I’d been was the addition of happy hour appetizers, which gave some of the less adventurous among our party an affordable chance to sample a dish or two they wouldn’t normally have tried. Picking something from the after dinner dessert tray was easily the hardest decision we had to make all night. Our server, Ali, was absolutely phenomenal and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Don’t take my word for it, go see for yourself!
Everything we had was very good. My wife had the Mediterranean trio and really enjoyed it. My son had the grilled chicken sandwich with the sticky garlic sauce (BBQ type sauce) and said he liked it but would've preferred fried chicken. I had the breaded pork tenderloin and it was great. Not the biggest tenderloin sandwich I've had, but it was delicious. And the potato chips are fresh and delicious.

Highly recommend this location Ok, I'm back. Went back and ordered the burger bowl with a side of onion rings AND a slice of blueberry lemon bread pudding it's all a hit guys! I'll keep coming back.
There was such a varied menu I had trouble deciding. My husband got an omelet and I got the salmon bowl. Food was good and was delivered quickly.
We arrived during a busy time with a party of five adults and two infants. The hostess was extremely welcoming and accommodated our seating request. While told the wait time would be 15-20 minutes, within a short time our table was ready, and we were taken to our seats. Our server, Shannon, quickly welcomed us and assisted us with our drink and food orders. The meals arrived promptly and were prepared as ordered. Although Shannon had several tables, she continued to check on us and anticipated our needs. The serving sizes of our meals were generous and the taste, presentation, and quality of the food were wonderful. This was our first visit as we were passing through and joined some friends from the area for lunch. We were not disappointed.

The food was incredible and our server was a true gem! We did have a rather long wait for our entrees (perhaps kitchen staffing issues?), but the Red Snapper in a cream cheese crab sauce was amazing! I liked the flavor of potatoes and veggies, but they were a little undercooked for me- although my husband and grandson thought they were fine (I prefer a little more tender). You could literally taste the freshness of the house salad and their in-house blue cheese dressing was perfection! The complimentary bread had the perfect combination of crusty bite and pillowy softness inside. We look forward to returning when we are in Terre Haute again.
We had an amazing time and we enjoyed the food and appreciated the whole experience. Our dinner started with complementary bread and butter. After that, we had a salad with a delicious dressing. Our main course was a dish of quail in special wild mushrooms sauce, a dish of a rack of lamb which I highly recommended, a dish of snapper with homemade cajun spice, and the venison on the cherry port sauce. For dessert, we had this delicious tiramisu. Magdy the owner is a very skilled chef and a friendly welcoming person. This place is one of the best places for me. Highly recommended and it’s better to call before you go.
Do NOT judge from the outside, although I can see why you might. We took a chance and we were blown away. It was a very quaint and nicely decorated restaurant. It had white linen tablecloths and napkins, nice music and everything was very clean. They had a nice wine list and we ordered some chardonnay as an appetizer....and then an actual appetizer. For the main fare we ordered beef wellington and chicken caprese. The food was absolutely delicious! Chef Magdy came out and spoke with us. He was absolutely charming!! He comped us free desserts, which were also delicious, and made us feel like we were eating with an old friend. We dressed for the occasion, but it is not necessary at all. It's a very comfortable, fine dining experience. Give it a try.

Place is delicious, environment is relaxing, staff is friendly. Gotta try the brisket Mac N cheese it is so good. It is on the pricy side, yet so worth it. I highly recommend this place to everyone. And the whole block had old Terre Haute Brewing Company buildings that gave the whole area a unique look and feel to it.
Stopped for some lunch after college orientation. Chill garden area. Cheese curds yummy I ordered the bbq bacon burger was delicious. Daughter ordered chicken tasty as well
This was our first time going here. We moved here from Texas and was told to pop in one day so we did. Glad we did. My husband and I both had the Tenderloin. It did not disappoint. Food is absolutely delicious and our waitress was a gem. So stop in if you get a chance too. It will not disappoint.

Everything about this Longhorn was great! My overall experience was wonderful! The service I received from Maddie was tremendous! She was attentive, quick, caring and very accurate. The atmosphere was inviting and the food was the best part! Everything was very hot, fresh and delicious! I could not ask for more from a Longhorn Steakhouse! I will definitely be back and I recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a hot and fresh meal with friendly service and a nice atmosphere!
LongHorn Steakhouse is a great spot in Terre Haute enjoy a delicious steak dinner. You can always trust that the meals at LongHorn are going to be tasty! I ordered the steak and shrimp combo meal that I served with two sides. I chose the loaded back potato for one side, and upgraded to a side Strawberry salad. The salad was extremely fresh and stacked with grapes, strawberries, oranges, feta cheese, and candies walnuts topped with a raspberry vinaigrette. I was also served house bread and butter to start my meal. The steak was cooked exactly as I ordered. Along with the loaded baked potato and 6oz sirloin, the 8 count shrimp skewers were served on a bed of rice. If you are looking for a quick and reliable spot to eat dinner in Terre Haute, check out LongHorn!
Visited for a local high school reunion. After a terrible experience at a different venue, we decided to come here for some real food. There were 7 of us in our party and the first two of us (which included me) arrived at 9 PM, two hours before closing. Longhorn immediately pushed two tables together and were patient as we waited for the rest of out party to arrive. After waiting 30 minutes with no updates from the other 5, my wife and I said forget it, we're gonna get started. So we had them separate the tables, apologized profusely and warned that the other 5 may be arriving at some point. The hosts, the manager and the waitress were all great about it. They were willing to put the tables together, add more chairs or whatever to accommodate our party when they arrived. After sitting down and ordering, the rest of the party arrived and got seated at our table, which comfortable sat 7. The food arrived quickly and was amazing. The waitress was awesome and was joking with us all night. We stayed until closing, when we decided to leave so that the restaurant staff could get out of there. We were never hurried or asked to wrap up; the whole experience was great even though Longhorn was probably inconvenienced (which we tried to mitigate as much as possible).
