First time visiting Jack Fry’s and it didn’t disappoint. We started with drinks which immediately struck us both as some of the best cocktails we’ve ever enjoyed. Next, we enjoyed salads–both were good, but I would recommend the brie salad. For entrees we enjoyed the roasted chicken and the salmon. Both were very fresh, well plated, and delicious. The chicken plate immediately evoked a great nostalgia for holiday gatherings. For dessert we enjoyed the cinnamon pear cheesecake and the chocolate cake. Both were very rich, and flavors exceeded our expectations. The cheesecake was vibrant with fall aromas and colors. The inside of the restaurant itself is perhaps dated, but evokes a nostalgia for a bygone era. It’s also crowded, but with a lively positive energy accompanied by a live pianist.
