The place is good and cozy, but the food is a bit pricey for the taste. Me and my husband went on a Saturday night for dinner; I had the “chimichurri sirloin with seasoning potatoes and haricot verts”: the meat was cooked just right but was a little cold and chimichurri was to hot for my taste; My husband got the pork chop with asparagus and potato: everything was good but not exceptional.
Great, feel amazing service. Get there early it gets busy. Some food right off the bat was not warm. Biscuits and gravy are amazing. Would go back for special occasions. Had Bloody Mary and mimosa flight were ok.
Service makes the food taste better. I will say, I have eaten at a lot of places and I just don't see the high level of service that Twelve provides that often! The food was a bit pricey but the service definitely offsets it. I came for the Valentines day menu and I have to say, the amount of exceptions they made for me to truly enjoy my meal just makes me want to come back next year. I highly recommend their mashed potatoes for anyone wanting a side because they are heavenly.

My husband and I stopped at The Kitchen on our way to Kansas City. Saw google reviews. Nice place, good outdoor seating. Variety of menu. Friendly staff. Lunch time for us. My husband had an Italian salad he enjoyed and I had the BBQ chicken flat bread pizza. It was good. Only ate 1/3. It was definitely shareable. So wanted to try the carrot cake but too full. Would visit here again.
What a wonderful place to dine! We are in Wichita for the weekend celebrating my Birthday and I found this restaurant online and decided to come try. We were absolutely blown away by the food! Disco fries- AMAZING Mac & cheese with fried chicken- Smokehouse burger w/ onion rings- Mouth watering. I'm not a big onion ring fan, but I still tried one, Holy moly were those good! And the staff, we had more than 5 different people come and check on us and offer refills. What a great establishment and excellent customer service. We will for sure make trips to come back here for date nights! Our only disappointment is that we can't take out leftovers home because our hotel room doesn't have a fridge or microwave
A first visit to The Kitchen was less than impressive. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, and my girlfriend Jennifer went with the Cuban. The presentation was great in both sandwiches, but the little things made it an average experience. The marinara was on point and there was a nice melt on the Mozzarella, but the chicken was overcooked, it was dry, and the bun didn't have a good enough toast to hold up to the sauce, it quickly went fall-apart-soggy. The fries looked better than they tasted, rather average, lacking the great outer edge crispiness and the light, fluffy potato interior. The Pannini pressed Cuban was both hot and cold, and the toasty bread was a perfectly prepared vessel, but the inconsistent temp on the meats didn't allow for a full flavor experience, coupled with the lack of enough mustard and pickles for that tart finish that a good Cuban provides. The house-fried chips were nicely seasoned and quite tasty, a better option than french fries. The Kitchen has a good-looking menu, worth a second visit.

There's no customer service here. I ordered two regular chicken dinners with fries and was given two- two piece dinners with mashed potatoes. When I first mentioned the fries they said oh well I must have misheard you but you got what you paid for then when I called back about the chicken they told me I ordered it wrong. I had it all written down so I definitely said two regular chicken dinners definitely not two piece dinners. So we were short 4 pieces of chicken. There was no apology whatsoever just some excuses about how they have "so many different chicken dinners" okay but I definitely did not say two piece dinner and I said regular dinner. AND if you weren't sure what I was ordering it's your job to clarify not just assume I want a certain meal. Again no apology and when I asked for a manager because they weren't compassionate about the mistake at all she said "I am the manager" did not offer anything other than for us to drive back and get 4 pieces of chicken. We didn't get two entire meals that we ordered. We have two small children and our family who as visiting picked it up. They tried to argue that they clarified when picking up that we got two piece dinners which actually didn't happen all they said was there was 3 chicken dinners and the appetizers. No compensation given, no solution other than going to get more chicken forget about the fries we wanted. Literally horrible experience.
Recommended to us by several Wichita natives. Excellent fried chicken. Mashed potatoes and gravy are served in separate dishes as is the other side. Everything was tasty. We went at 5.30pm and it got really busy very quickly. Service was prompt and spot on. My wife had a featured drink, the Chicken Choker. It was served in a large ceramic chicken; a remarkably unique vessel. Be prepared to wait for a table and then for your chicken. It’s worth it.
We really enjoyed our dinner and drinks at Strouds. Our server was friendly and took good care of our party! The food was good and the drinks were mixed right! Highly recomend a visit.

Very friend people here! Very cool ambience and so many pies. Came here to get one pie and was talking about how my dad would like this people and the elderly gentleman also gave us a slice of it as a gift. I’ll never forget this!
Husband and I are there Friday night, buffet. He had never ate there but have had the pies before. Me, ate there many years ago but never the buffet. We will not eat at this place again. The food was not to appetizing by looks and taste. Salad was great. Fresh and tasted good along with the dressing of choice. Maybe they should just stick with the pies. They also say us in a booth that was way to small.
The locals must keep this place open with there bad taste in food. Swiss steak was hamburger and no better then a banquet tv dinner. Sides were meh at best and the pies were hard nasty inside. Stay away!

For all the hype and being one of the best steak restaurants in Wichita, it was okay. For the price, I don’t know why I expected more. The food did not impress my taste bud. My salmon and veggies were burnt. Calamari was good. Prime rib was delicious. Service was okay. For the type of restaurant, I expected more service and better food.
Scotch & Sirloin was a wonderful experience in fine dining. It was pricy, but according to locals, it's the best steakhouse around. I enjoyed the prime rib and carrot cake along with a glass of Requiem. Their expansive wine selection was a bit overwhelming. The food was delicious, but the servings were huge. You will definitely go home with leftovers (not a bad problem to have). I was a little disappointed with the wait times for food and was never asked for a refill of water or wine. Overall, it was a good experience.
One place I've visited many times for dinner in the past is Scotch & Sirloin. There was a point in my life where I was obsessed with their Prime Rib. But today's trip to the Scotch was for lunch, and it was a first for me. I couldn't decide what to order, and it was a toss up between the Broiled Chicken Breast or the Hot Beef Sandwich. Like usual, I ask the server/bartender for their suggestions and that's what I usually go with. Anyway, I ordered the Broiled Chicken, it had good flavor, and you could tell it had been marinated and broiled because I could taste the char. It's just the chicken was overcooked, which was sad because I had high hopes for this dish. It included a shallot, red-wine & mushroom demi-glace that was good, but felt like it was missing something. On the other hand, the mushrooms, vegetables, and potatoes were excellent. I loved that you could taste they were grilled, and the demi-glace added a nice little touch. This is another place I'd like to come back for lunch, and try something else. So would I recommend Scotch & Sirloin? Sure! Just don't have insane expectations of a restaurant like I do.

Our first time at this restaurant, it was recommended by friends. We found a good atmosphere, our service was very good, our waitress, "H" was attentive and friendly. From plenty of options on the menu, I chose the chicken fried steak, baked potato and salad. As you can see from the picture, it's a VERY generous portion. It was good, but a little too much breading for my personal preference. It was cooked very well, more than I could eat. Others ordered steaks and mentioned they were very tasty and well cooked, the ribs were also a good choice. We'll likely be going back, lots of choices to try. By the way, my frozen strawberry margarita was delicious. My friend ordered a Kentucky mule, he thought it was a good choice as well. We made reservations.
I must’ve went on an “off” night. We called in and had an hour wait. We showed up and our table still wasn’t ready for about another 15 minutes. I have been before and everything was amazing. This evening, the food was just ok…but it was quick to come out. We decided to get dessert…oh my not sure why it took so long to get the dessert but it was like they had to run to the store to get it they took so long! To the point I was telling to just take it off the bill so we could leave. After being there 2 hours we were drained. It then took 3 tries of our waitress to get us our bill. Let’s just hope it was an off night, everyone has one! Loved the grass area to let the little ones ride n while waiting for a table!
Now their food is amazing. Usually, I leave with tons of leftovers that was not the case this time. The service was also amazing. Our waiter continuously came back to check on us. I will definitely be eating here again.

I had an older review but decided to redo it since they’ve messed up multiple times since I’ve been there. Made an online order today and has set the pick up time to about 30-40mins out. Went there and my food wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 25 Minutes just to get my food! Not only that but when I got home we were missing items. So we go back and tell them about it. Well the manager gives us the stink eye and an attitude. Asked if we had a receipt, of course we did. Well I come home and when I opened the wings they had tossed it in the bag recklessly and open. The bag and container were covered in sauce and dripping all over my floor! Get your act together! You’re a grown adult! I think someone should check to see if they’re skimping their customers cause I’m not the only one to have quality issues!
love this popeyes, everything was wonderful thank you to the amazing staff who take the time to greet and thank their customers.
This is ridiculous. This is the closest Popeyes to my house so unfortunately this is where I come to save time. It makes no dang sense that over 50% of the time I come here, I have to wait on mild chicken. Then they wanna offer me spicy chicken. If I ate spicy chicken, then I would have ordered that. Since you see that people order more mild than spicy, then there is no way we should be waiting on it. The workers attitudes suck. They want to have an attitude with me because i don't want what i didn't ask for or paid for. Since i'm spending my hard earned money, then give me what i paid for. We already don't have anything in this neighborhood, so do better, since I'm pretty sure you know better.
Georges French Bistro is a charming and authentic dining destination that brings the essence of French cuisine to the heart of the community. With a warm and inviting atmosphere…
I can't wait to come back!!! I tried George's Bistro for my birthday brunch for the first time and it met my expectations and more! The food was absolutely divine. And the service was the best I've ever encountered at a restaurant. Everyone was so kind and our waiter was so funny and had good conversation. The cocktail were some of the best I've ever had and the food was spectacular. You need to try this spot it's my new favorites.
I am shocked to give two places 5 stars today. That is very rare for me, but I think it’s well deserved. We had three things from the menu - calamari, salmon and barramundi. They were absolutely fantastic. They also had some great service. I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu. I was shocked how good the fish was being nowhere near an ocean. Very pleasantly shocked. Definitely go here. It would be a damn shame if you didn’t.
Let me say that Great Service makes anything you eat taste 100x better. This is definitely one of my most memorable great service experiences that I have ever had in a restaurant in Wichita. I had ordered a few items off their brunch menu that included a Croissant, Salmon Fillet, and their Quiche. Let me say that their waiters/waitresses do not wear ties for no reason. Their presentation of the dishes, their mannerisms, their professionalism, and their attentiveness to each person is top notch. I would absolutely recommend coming back again and I certainly will. On a side note: I did have an issue with the first salmon dish that they brought out. It was undercooked. I was really happy that they decided to replace it at no cost and even comped my meal for the mistake.

Great place for an early morning jog. I'm not the only one. Usually 6-13 people jogging around in the early morning. Definitely a great selection there to shop, to eat, and to meet new people and fellowship. I hope This review helps with your decision.
Love Bradley Fair! It is conveniently close to home and has a variety of shops and restaurants from which to choose! We hope our reviews give you an idea of what it is like to live, work, and play in Wichita Kansas!
Homegrown is awesome. Well the food and our server were awesome, the reception from the hostess was not great, not even really good, but pretty cold and uncaring.
